If food challenges are your thing, make your way to Claw BBQ Crabshack & Grill. The American restaurant is hosting a breakfast challenge every weekend. What they’re asking you to do is finish 12 pancakes – fluffy buttermilk flat cakes topped with Nutella, berry compote or even peanut butter - in 6 minutes. If you fail, you pay else the bill is on them.

Those not up for the challenge can still have a good time

Indulge in signature breakfast dishes such as the Redneck poached eggs over fried chicken, Calvin poached eggs over sautéed Maryland crab cakes, classic steak ‘n’ eggs, barbecue smoked beef brisket hash, Huevos Rancheros and chicken ‘n’ waffles, served with whipped butter, maple syrup and real bacon. To satisfy your sweet tooth, they have sweet treats such as French toast with fried bananas and regular or gluten-free pancakes. Breakfast is served from 8am to 12pm on Fridays and from 8am to 2pm on Saturdays. Claw BBQ is located at Souk Al Bahar, Downtown Dubai. Call 04-4322300.
