Now that that summer heat has come to an end and the weather is getting cooler, it is the best time to seize the event season with all the excitement and joy you can muster.

Pinoy Piyesta - 2 September

Coca-Cola Arena will host a special event called Pinoy Piyesta, highlighting what Filipinos are most celebrated for - music, culture and people. Brought by Blu Blood, the iconic music and comedy festival will feature a special line-up of artists including Asia’s Soul Supreme, singer-songwriter KZ Tandingan, pop-rock sensation Morisette, Yeng Constantino, Erik Santos, OPM hitmaker and singer-comedienne K Brosas and Ethel Booba. Jo Koy: Funny Is Funny World Tour - 3 September

Funnyman Jo Koy is coming back to Dubai and is set to make you fall off your seats with laughter. Held at Coca-Cola Arena, the stand-up show is a part of the 'Funny Is Funny' World Tour and will offer attendees a glimpse into his exclusive set before it airs on Netflix. With sold-out shows performed all around the world, Dubai is the next stop on the roster to make visitors laugh with glee with his amazing storytelling and quick wits. Prices start at Dhs 180.

Hyperound K-Fest - 10 September

K-Pop fans, this one is for you! The largest K-Pop fest is happening this month in Abu Dhabi at the Etihad Arena. Brought by Hyperound, a lifestyle-based event management company, attendees can enjoy a ten-act lineup featuring solo artists Jay B, Zico, Loco, Dvwn, Paul Kim, Peakboy, Woogie and Sik-K and boy groups, The Rose and P1Harmony. Romeo and Juliet - 9 to 11 September

Dubai Opera is set to host an amazing ballet show of one of the greatest and most tragic love stories, Romeo and Juliet. Interpreted by Russian composer Sergei Prokofiev, the story will be performed by the State Ballet of Georgia and will follow along the tale of love found between two long-time rival families. Sonu Nigam Concert - 10 September

One of the most iconic singers in India, Sonu Nigam will be gracing the stage this month at the Coca-Cola Arena. Westlife Concert - 29 September

The one and only Westlife are coming to Abu Dhabi this month for a one-off concert. Fontana Circus - 29 September onwards

Fontana Circus, the internationally renowned water theatre experience is taking over Dubai Festival City Mall. 50 Cent Concert - 30 September
