The UAE is known for always ringing in the New Year with all the fun and excitement possible.

Out of all the festivities from events to celebrations, the firework shows have always been a staple in many people's New Year's celebrations.

This year is no less, and the UAE is set to stun the public with unmissable fireworks shows.

Dubai:

Burj Khalifa

The tallest building in the world is a spectacle that tourists and residents alike enjoy. This year, the iconic building will see a magnificent laser and light show for the New Year's Eve celebrations, aiming to set a new world record for the largest laser display.

The Pointe

Watch as fireworks decorate the sky at The Pointe. With the fountain show in the background, the sky will light up to ring in the New Year.

Global Village

Global Village, the one-stop destination for all things family and entertainment, is set to welcome the New Year with a magnificent firework show. 

Al Seef

The neighbourhood with the history of Dubai, Al Seef at Dubai Creek, will bring the area to life with a great firework display. With modern and historical aspects, Al Seef is also a good spot to enjoy a meal while watching the lights decorate the sky.

Abu Dhabi:

Sheikh Zayed Heritage Festival

Known for highlighting the rich history and culture of the UAE, Sheikh Zayed Heritage Festival will light up the sky with beautiful fireworks to ring in the New Year. Enjoy having fun exploring all that the festival has to offer before delighting in a great show.

Yas Bay Waterfront

Enjoy the view of the Waterfront at Yas Bay and catch the fireworks as they go off, as the clock strikes midnight. Yas Bay Waterfront is also home to multiple restaurants to enjoy a great meal, as the firework show takes place.

Ras Al Khaimah:

Al Marjan Island and Al Hamra Village

Ras Al Khaimah is set to offer a brilliant and unmissable show this New Year's, which is also set to break two Guinness World Records. The firework show will use pyro drones, nano lights, colours, and shapes choreographed to electric beats and will run for 12 minutes.
