Attention foodies! Get ready for a delectable weekend since the much-awaited Taste of Dubai food festival is back this weekend! From Friday, 23 February to Sunday, 25 February, indulge in a culinary extravaganza at Skydive Dubai. Hosted in partnership with Philips, this three-day event, expecting over 25,000 attendees, promises an array of top-notch restaurants, tasting sessions, cooking workshops, and live music, all set in a relaxed outdoor ambience. And if you are planning to attend Taste of Dubai, you've come to the right place. Connector is here to be your guide through the festival with the ultimate Taste of Dubai calendar. 

Restaurants Participating In Taste Of Dubai 

During Taste Of Dubai, sixteen of Dubai's finest restaurants will craft a unique menu featuring three to five 'taster' size dishes. This setup enables guests to try diverse offerings from the top-notch lineup and select their favourites. Each restaurant will offer at least one vegetarian option and one child-friendly dish. Purchasing dishes at the event is convenient, as you can use credit cards, debit cards, or vouchers included in select ticket packages. The 16 participating restaurants are:

In addition to enjoying delicious food and entertainment, you can improve your culinary skills and express your inner chef at Taste of Dubai. Throughout the three-day festival, there will be special workshops led by celebrity chefs. Get Cooking With Philips Cook School: At Philips Cook School, you will receive personalised cooking advice and feedback directly from professional chefs. You'll have the chance to ask your culinary heroes questions like how much salt they use in a pinch and more. The school sessions, running all weekend, will guide you through fun and flavourful recipes using fresh ingredients provided by Kibsons.

Partake In 'Mummy And Me' Cooking Workshop: For the first time at Taste of Dubai, there's a special 'Mummy and Me' cooking workshop. Led by professional chef Lama Jammal and hosted by Priti Malik, these sessions are perfect for mothers and their little chefs. You'll bond over the joy of cooking and take home the recipes for future kitchen adventures. 'Mummy and Me' sessions will take place at 5.30pm on 23 February and 2.30pm on 24 and 25 February. 

Make The Most Of Your Time At Philips Fun Fair: Prepare for an exciting adventure at the Philips Fun Fair, an enchanting wonderland filled with joy! Alongside the delicious food, this lively fair offers a range of carnival-style activities and games. Whether it's cycling to power the blender or aiming with the Air Fryer basket toss, these entertaining games showcase Philips' innovative solutions that aim to improve daily life. Bring your loved ones, dive into the fun, and get ready to win some amazing gifts. 

Master Your Barbecue Skills At Waterfront Market Barbecue School: At the Waterfront Market Barbecue School during Taste of Dubai, get ready for an exciting blend of entertainment and feasting. Learn insider tips from expert pitmasters on mastering the grill like a pro and discover how to create a recipe that will delight any crowd. Barbecue School sessions will be available throughout the weekend, allowing you to learn and perfect a recipe guided by professionals. 

Participate In Kibsons Mystery Box Challenge: Unleash your culinary creativity at the Kibsons Mystery Box Challenge! A professional chef will guide you through a fun and flavourful recipe using fresh ingredients from Kibsons. The chef will taste the dish and pick a winner for a fantastic prize from Kibsons. Sessions will run all weekend, and access is included with Taste tickets.

Get A Taste Of France At French Pavilion: As part of the Taste France initiative, discover featured French brands like St Dalfour, St Michel, Ile de France, Saf-Instant, Soignon, Lillet, and Perrier at the French Pavilion. Explore these French brands in unique ways that will tantalise your taste buds, from refreshing drinks to delicious croissants and baguettes. Enjoy cooking demos, tasting sessions, and more at this pavilion. 

Learn To Make The Perfect Coffee: Taste of Dubai has teamed up with RAW Coffee for the event. As the pioneering speciality coffee roasting company in the Middle East, RAW Coffee is the official coffee sponsor for Taste of Dubai, following a successful collaboration with Taste of Abu Dhabi last November. Besides its delicious coffees, RAW will also offer speciality barista training sessions throughout the weekend, allowing guests to learn the art of preparing expertly crafted drinks alongside other culinary and mixology enthusiasts.

Splash And Play At Kids Zone: While adults learn to cook and savour different cuisines, kids can have a blast all weekend at the mega Splash 'n' Party Kids Zone with bouncy castles, workshops, and more. And when they're hungry, kid-friendly dishes at all the restaurants will help them deal with their hunger pangs. Kids under 12 and under get in for free. For others, the activities are chargeable, with prices starting from Dhs 25. 

All the workshop sessions are included with Taste tickets, but spots for each session are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis at the event.

Entertainment At Taste Of Dubai

Taste Of Dubai will be hosted by Priti Malik, Zoe Dickens, Rich from Dubai 92, and Andrew Dickens. Visitors can also look forward to stellar performances by various artists like DJ Sheps, Big Rossi, Alexander Vechkanov and more. 

Ticket Pricing And Packages For Taste Of Dubai 

General Tickets: General admission tickets include one-day entry to the event and exclusive entry to Taste masterclasses and workshops. The online price for general admission tickets is Dhs 75, and the offline door price is Dhs 85. 

Taster Package: The package includes one day of entry to the event, two food vouchers, two drink vouchers and exclusive Taste masterclasses and workshops. The online price for the taster package is Dhs 180, and offline door prices are Dhs 195. 

VIP Package: The online VIP package is available for Dhs 280, while the on-the-door VIP package costs Dhs 295. To offer visitors a luxurious VIP experience at the VIP lounge, organisers of Taste of Dubai have partnered with VisitBritain, the national tourism agency for Great Britain, and Wego, the largest online travel marketplace in the MENA region. Together, they are providing guests with a stylish weekend at Taste of Dubai. The VIP lounge features a luxuriously furnished oasis garden, exclusive British beverages, and a talented musician playing British-themed tunes. All Taste of Dubai VIP tickets grant access to the VisitBritain and Wego VIP Lounge, with three food and drink vouchers to use at participating restaurants and bars during the event.

Timings 

On 23 February, you can visit Taste of Dubai from 3pm to midnight; on 24 February, the timings are noon to midnight, and on 25 February, the doors will be open from noon to 11pm.
