Spot The Famous Central Perk Scene In Dubai

The famous ‘Orange Couch’ from the world popular cafe ‘Central Perk’ can be spotted in The Dubai Mall.

The most iconic sitcom series in the history of television Friends is celebrating it's 25th anniversary, and Dubai is marking this occasion in fashionable and iconic style, along with other global destinations.

The memorable couch where ‘Friends' had many cups of coffee and shared moments and memories can be now be spotted by the Waterfall Atrium in The Dubai Mall .

On 22 September, the day when the show will celebrate it's 25th anniversary, the Central Perk set up will be moved outdoors on a floatie right on The Dubai Fountain against the backdrop of Burj Khalifa, where it will stay for a month.

The Friends Central Perk Cafe set will include the signature orange couch, the red rug, coffee table and other accessories as seen in the series!

That’s not all, the iconic Burj Khalifa will come to life with a specially themed Friends LED show at 8:30pm and again at 9:30pm on 22 September to celebrate the show's anniversary. The signature theme song of Friends – 'I'll Be There for You' by the American duo The Rembrandts will be choreographed for a synchronised performance on The Dubai Fountain with the Burj Khalifa LED show.

With this, Burj Khalifa joins other landmarks such as the Empire State Building, The London Eye, and Madrid Royal Palace, among others, in welcoming the Central Perk Café.
