Bay Avenue and Fitness First have teamed up this weekend to organise a free yoga workshop for all at Green Park in Bay Avenue of Business Bay. Get up early and devote one hour on your health by attending Ashtanga Yoga session from 9am to 10am for free. Registration is a must.
