happenings this month Dubai's Gold Bun
Dubai's Gold Bun
Updated on 06 February 2017

As 25 international street food traders prepare to descend upon Burj Park for the Eat The World DXB, The Roadery has a little something special up its apron this year.

Famous for its Great British burgers, The Roadery owner Dan Shearman and his team are upping the ante this February by playing on the UAE’s much-known love for luxury to create a burger fit for a Sheikh - introducing the Burg-Khalifa!

The magnificent burger was born after nearly a month in the test kitchen and comprises some of the finest luxury ingredients known to mankind. The Burg-Khalifa boasts five glorious stories of Wagyu beef patty, truffled cheese and seared foie gras, all decadently topped with saffron mayonnaise and blackberry ketchup. Oh, and it comes served inside an edible 24-carat gold leaf brioche bun. Yep, you read that right… a gold bun.

What’s more, The Roadery team will be giving away one Burg-Khalifa to the first two customers to say the secret password of the day. Hungry foodies should follow @theroadery on Snapchat to uncover the phrase.

Eat The World DXB 2017 is taking place at Burj Park between 23rd and 25th February. Visit www.eattheworld.ae.
