Recipe: Cook Irish Food At Home Just Like From McGettigan's
Updated on 09 April 2020

We are back with a recipe from one of the top Irish bars in Dubai, and until you can visit one of your favourite McGettigan's outlets again, you can get a bit closer to the place by cooking some of their favourite dishes at home, with recipes straight from the chef's kitchen.

Today's recipe is for Irish Soda Bread, and below is a 60-second video explaining how to bake it perfectly at home.

Recipe For Irish Brown Soda Bread:

Ingredients

Whole purpose flour: 250gm

Whole meal flour: 750gm

Butter milk: 150ml

Milk full fat: 700ml

Salt: 20gm

  2. Add butter milk and milk in to it
  3. Mix it thoroughly
  4. Transfer to desired baking trays
  5. Bake at 210°c for about 45 minutes
