If you love to dine out as much we do, here’s the roundup of August’s latest dining offers which include new brunches, menus, fun nights and opening of some new concept restaurants in the city. It is time to get this summer rolling with ample new dine-in options!

Vegan options at Tub of Butter
This Summer, Tub of Butter has added some delicious vegan dishes to their menu. The highlights include crushed avocado with chilli, chia seeds and lime on rye bread, roasted capsicum, cherry tomatoes and figs and rocket salad with toasted sesame and pine nuts dressing, roasted butternut squash, kale, fennel shavings, apples and avocados and more. Call 04-3438884.

Eid Al Adha at Meydan Hotel
The Meydan Hotel is offering an Arabic food feast with authentic Emirati and Middle Eastern flavoured dishes at Eid Al Adha breakfast, lunch and dinner at Farriers restaurant. Joining the celebrations, Japanese and Chinese restaurant, Shiba presents ‘Unlimited Sushi and Dim Sum feast’. That’s not all. Chinese Chef Bing Xia will be preparing delicious ‘Pecking Duck’, a dish from the imperial era. Call 04-3813111.

Limited Edition Shake at Black Tap
Black Tap is celebrating National S’mores Day by introducing its limited-edition Black Tap’s S’mores Shake. Black Tap has infused its famed ice-cream with a campfire marshmallow flavor, added some crisped s’mores, and topped it with whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup. The shake will be available in limited quantities from 10 to 12 August for Dhs 69. Call 04-422990.

Tea Break in JLT
Tea lovers are in for a very pleasant surprise as Tea Break ventures into JLT. It is the first cafe in JLT that sells a karak tea for just Dhs 2 and zafrani tea for Dhs 5. The tiny cafe is located in cluster F and along with its range of teas, also serves tempting sandwiches, burgers, appetisers and other beverages.

Cherry Mondays, Al Mayass
Located in Sofitel Dubai Downtown, Al Mayass, the Armenian-Lebanese restaurant, is offering a new menu, the Cherry Mondays, with an overdose of in-season cherries- a staple in Armenian cuisine. The highlights include fattoush with a sweet cherry twist, kibbeh sajiyeh with cherry sauce, cherry ice cream and more. Call 04-3387772.

New vegan menu at Ultra Brasserrie
Located in Emaar Square and Dubai Marina, the brasserie is offering a fresh menu for its vegan and vegetarian customers. The highlights include Ultra Vegan Burger consisting of a potato and pea patty; Wilted Wonders, meal packed with rich nutrients; ultra-power Grilled Tempeh Bowl packed with different fresh ingredients. Business Lunch at Günaydin Dubai
The popular Turkish meatery and steakhouse restaurant has launched a new 4- course business lunch. The highlights are the rich Adana Kebab, Günaydin Kasap Köfte (meatballs), Pilav üstü Döner or Piliç Sis (chicken).
