Fitness is for everyone!
Updated on 27 October 2015

Who wouldn't like to look healthy, feel better mentally and reduce the risk of disease? Fitness isn't just for athletes and fitness enthusiasts; fitness is for everyone - including you.

Fitness First is aspiring to be the most health-conscious and fittest organisation in the region and has set the ball rolling with Fitness First COO, George Flooks, participating in this month's Dubai International Triathlon. George threw the challenge of this herculean feat to the rest of staff, and 50 people signed up to compete. This group of exceptional people, who come from a variety of departments across Fitness First (not just the Instructors), are now busy undergoing strenuous training to prepare themselves, and proving that fitness isn't just for fitness experts, but a lifestyle choice for everyone.

Remember that fitness and good health are irreplaceable investments money can't buy. Regular exercise gives you more energy and helps reduce stress, while a healthier lifestyle makes you more productive. Together fitness and good health provide everything you need to achieve your personal and professional ambitions. Commitment to fitness is the same commitment that brings you glory in the corporate world, regardless of industry and environment, and it isn't for nothing that the most successful corporate leaders are also fitness aficionados. That said, you don't have to be an athlete to be successful, remember that accepting your body type and genetic capabilities are essential aspects to bear in mind when formulating your fitness goals.

Fitness First hope more people grasp the importance of being healthy, and understand that including a fitness routine will make all the difference to your lifestyle. If you don't know where to begin, Fitness First has a trained and experienced team ready to help you achieve your fitness levels and get the best out of life.
