Sheikh Mohammed’s Latest Book Now Available In English

To mark 50 years of serving the nation, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, released his book titled “Qissati” in January this year giving an insight into his 50 years’ service to the UAE government.

Now, the English version of the book named "My Story: 50 Memories from 50 Years of Service” published by Explorer can now be bought online and at bookshops across the country for Dhs 89.

The book chronicles His Highness Sheikh Mohammed’s journey since the formation of the UAE in 1971. The book illustrates key events that took place in His Highness Sheikh Mohammed’s life, including negotiating with hijackers in 1973, his first visit to London, the UAE’s relationship with Kuwait, and how Dubai embraced tourism under his guidance.

It is a must read if you seek inspiration from Sheikh Mohammed’s journey from a young royal prince to becoming the Prime Minister and Vice-President of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai.
